How does the online session look like?

The breathwork session begins with an introduction to the fundamentals, power of intention and teaching you how to take a deep, full breath.

Afterward, we'll engage in invigorating warm-up exercises specifically targeting the diaphragm, lungs, and intercostal muscles.

Next, find a comfortable spot to lie down, put on your headphones, and ideally cover your eyes, as I create the environment for you.

​

Immersed in music, I will guide you through an incredible 1-hour Breath Journey, accompanied by transformative power visualization techniques.

Finally, we'll take the time to reflect on your personal journey, allowing for valuable insights and integration of the experience.

Greetings! I'm Diego, originally from The Netherlands, and I've found my home in the serene beauty of Koh Samui, Thailand.

​

With over 10 years of dedicated breathwork practice and countless days immersed in the waters as a freediver, I have delved deep into the realm of conscious breathing and explored various modalities that extend beyond the traditional approaches.

​

My personal journey with breathwork began as a means of recovering from depression, leading me to discover my true calling: to positively impact lives by empowering individuals to unlock their fullest potential.

​

Through my work, I aim to equip participants with simple, safe, and effective breathwork tools and techniques that have the potential to facilitate profound healing.

​

Over the past year alone, I have had the privilege of facilitating more than 200 live group sessions, engaging with over 3,000 participants hailing from 50+ countries.

​

I firmly believe that transforming our relationship with our breath can catalyze a shift within ourselves, enabling us to embrace our true potential, foster meaningful connections with others, and cultivate a harmonious connection with our beloved Mother Earth.
