Diego has lived in Koh Samui for 15 years. He discovered breathwork through freediving, which he has trained in for over a decade. When COVID hit and the island emptied out, he started offering breathwork and ice baths for free to help the local community. He was the first to offer this work on the island.
Five years and hundreds of sessions later, he has facilitated breathwork for people from over 40 countries. Corporate groups, solo travelers, retreat centers, professional athletes. He knows what it takes to hold space because he has done it in every setting imaginable.
No guru energy. No mystical language. Just someone who has put in the reps and wants to teach you how to do the same.

Week 1
Foundation: The Science of Breath
- Respiratory anatomy and physiology of breathing
- The autonomic nervous system and vagal tone
- Breathwork modalities: connected breathing, holotropic, box breathing, Wim Hof

Practice: Facilitation and Cold Exposure

Do I need breathwork experience to apply?
Some experience helps but is not required. What matters more is your intention. If you are serious about learning to hold space for others and willing to do your own inner work, that is enough.
Is accommodation included?
Accommodation is not included in the course fee. Diego provides a list of recommended options near the training venue at various price points, from budget to boutique.
What certification do I receive?
You receive a Breathflow Connection Facilitator Certification after completing all assessments. This qualifies you to facilitate breathwork and cold exposure sessions independently.
Can I pay in installments?

What happens after the course?
You leave with a certification, a business plan, and ongoing access to Diego for questions and mentorship. Many graduates start facilitating within weeks of completing the course.
Is there an online option?
The full course is in person only. An online Facilitator Prep Program is coming soon as a pre-course option for those who want to prepare before arriving in Koh Samui.
