A 21-Day Journey of Breath, Transformation & Purpose
This isn’t just another course.
It’s 21 days of going deep — into your breath, your body, your purpose, and what it means to truly hold space for others.
You’ll be surrounded by good people, guided step-by-step, and supported in ways that help you grow — not just as a facilitator, but as a human being.
Whether you’re already a coach, teacher, or healer — or you’re simply someone who’s felt the power of breathwork and wants to share it — this experience is built to meet you where you’re at.
Next training: August 4–25, 2025 · Location: Koh Samui, Thailand · Group size: Max 16 people
By the end, you’ll know how to lead breathwork sessions with confidence, care, and your own authentic voice.

Who This Is For...

This is for people who feel the call to guide others — even if you’re not totally sure what that looks like yet.
You might already be a yoga teacher, a coach, a therapist, or someone who works with energy, sound, or movement.
Or maybe breathwork changed your life… and now you want to share that shift with others.
You don’t need to have all the answers.
You just need a genuine curiosity, a willingness to show up, and the desire to help others come home to themselves — through breath.
If that’s you, you’ll fit right in.
Why Breathwork?
Most of us go through life breathing just enough to survive — but not enough to really feel.
Breathwork changes that.
It’s a simple practice, but incredibly powerful.
It can calm your nervous system, shift stuck emotions, clear your mind, and reconnect you to what actually matters.
In a world that moves fast and asks us to stay busy, breathwork brings us back to our bodies.
Our truth... Our aliveness...
More and more people are turning to it — not just for healing, but for clarity, energy, and purpose.
Whether you want to guide others or just go deeper with yourself, learning to work with the breath is one of the most valuable tools you can have.

You’ll build knowledge, develop your facilitator's voice, and leave feeling truly prepared — not just inspired.
1. Breathwork Techniques & Science
Learn how breath affects the body and mind, and explore powerful methods.
2. Guiding with Confidence

3. Trauma-Informed Space Holding

4. Embodiment & Integration Tools
We weave in movement, sound, meditation, and somatic practices to help you (and your future clients) fully embody the breath.
5. Ethics, Boundaries & Presence
Learn how to work with consent, ethical touch, and deep presence — so you can hold space with care, trust, and clarity.
6. The Business of Breathwork
Discover how to share this work in a way that’s aligned, sustainable, and true to you — whether it’s workshops, retreats, or 1:1s.
What Makes This Training Unique
This isn’t about memorizing scripts or pretending to be someone you’re not.
You’ll learn how to guide breathwork in a way that feels honest, grounded, and true to you.
We’ll cover the techniques, the science, the space-holding skills — and you’ll actually practice leading sessions, not just talking about it.
By the time you finish, you won’t just know what to do — you’ll have done it. With support, feedback, and real confidence.

You’ll receive a certificate of completion from Breathflow Connection, recognizing your ability to lead both group and 1-on-1 sessions confidently and ethically.
But beyond the paper, what really matters is how you feel.

-
Real experience guiding full-length sessions with feedback
-
The ability to create trauma-informed, embodied, and intuitive containers
